otherwise it takes everyone back to the days of middle school when you waited for the sport tryouts and everyone gathers around the "team list" to see who made it and who didn't.
instead, make them feel uber special and send them a cute token of "pre-appreciation" for all of the work they are about to do in honor of you. they will feel honored and ready to jump in with 100% effort in helping you with your special day
